Sounds like the hard work is done – and now it is just the easy and fun stuff! You can always change paint colors – but can’t change the location! Hope this gem gets snatched up soon!
Yes, Margaret, the location is awesome and the sellers have done all the heavy lifting. It didn’t make much sense to finish the To Do List when we could have the buyer choose and get everything they wanted! Thanks for stopping by!
