Buyers

Every year the number one reason buyer’s state they purchased was for the many benefits that home ownership offers.  A rising motivation now is because of affordability.  It is no secret, homes are on sale!

The 2010 National Association of Realtors (NAR) Profile of Home Buyers and Sellers stated that about half of all buyers reported renting an apartment or house immediately prior to making their home purchase.  Three-quarters of first time home buyers were renters immediately before making their home purchase.

Since I am a salesperson, I knock on a lot of doors and phone a lot of neighborhoods where I know there are a high number of renters.  This is how I get the majority of my business.  This can benefit you as a buyer because I know of a lot of homes that are going to be for sale soon that are not yet on the market.

When I am representing you as a buyer, I will show you everything that meets your criteria.  Listed in multiple listing, or not.  I can show you any and all for sale by owners, expired listings (homes that were on the market and didn’t sell), homes I have prospected, etc.  I do not limit it to just the multiple listing databases, or my inventory.

I hope you will hire me to represent you.  I study homes and prices every day.

With my 15 years of real estate sales experience, I am confident I can:

  • Find you a home that will work well for your needs
  • Negotiate the lowest possible price
  • Assist you in the ever changing financing maze
  • Make sure you are fairly represented on your paperwork
  • Help you understand the home buying process
  • Help point out unnoticed features or faults within any given property

Referrals are the primary method for finding an agent for most buyers.  Buyers tend to look for agents with a good reputation, who are honest and trustworthy.  I am sure you will find my references in good standing and I look forward to working with you.
