I am in the process of building a website to keep my current sellers updated 24/7.
My clients will soon have their own website, user name and password to log in and see what activities have been done on their marketing. They can log in whenever it is convenient for them.
The #1 complaint I hear from the public is that their agent put a sign in the yard and a lock box on their door and they never heard from them again.
I assure my clients in writing that this will never happen with my marketing program.
I have consistently over the years given my clients written updates every other week.
One of the other things I relay to my clients is the feedback from the realtor that showed their home. I know sellers like to know how it went, what the buyer ended up buying, if at all, and if there are any changes or improvements that they can make.
With all of the changes in our marketing/advertising/technology and the learning curves associated with them I have had a hard time completing these tasks.
The new website where the seller’s can access this information on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis, as they want, will be very beneficial and more streamlined.
I am looking forward to this coming change and so are my clients.
