In the last 15 years that I have been selling real estate, I have worked with the highest producing real estate agents across the county. The top agents in our country are affiliated with the Mike Ferry Organization. We network, travel and attend sales training events all over the country, cultivating relocation business among the countries top 25,000 real estate agents nationally.
I sell homes all the time without ever meeting the customer face to face. I have closed sales where the customer has never seen the home they purchased, as well as worked with clients who didn’t speak English, were stationed in the military oversees, or were a part of our deaf community. This is a quick note to tell you about my dealings with Laura Gwyn as a broker. I was referred to her by a broker friend in California because I wanted to purchase some property in Oregon on a 1031 Exchange. I contacted Laura and she responded in unbelievable fashion. She sent several listings and made recommendations about which ones were best. I explored the listings, reviewed the pictures, and made an offer on a property.
